Emotional Functioning Testing

An individual’s ability to cope with life and respond appropriately to social and life demands can oftentimes be assessed through clinical interviews as well as more formal personality tests.  Personality tests administered by a psychologist can be used for tracking a person’s current level of functioning as well as to diagnose psychological problems.  Usually testing includes a detailed history, self-reports, objective measures and in some instances, projective tests.
