Silber Psychological Services is a private practice which has been dedicated to serving the needs of children and families in the Cary area for more than 30 years. We provide high quality assessment, intervention and therapy, specializing in children, teens, young adults and families. While we primarily concentrate on children and adolescents, we do, in certain circumstances, provide adult therapy as well. We have two offices conveniently located in Cary to serve you.

Our child psychologists and clinical social workers are highly skilled and collaborative. We work to ensure a good fit between the clinicians and the client who all work together to establish specific goals and a comprehensive treatment plan. Counseling is confidential and focuses on providing practical and solution-oriented results.

With our child and adolescent clients, we generally meet with parents for an initial session to fully understand concerns as well as to determine what efforts already have been made in an attempt to resolve the problems. We then begin to focus on strategies that can provide ways to make positive changes as we move forward.
